My red flags is that my mood effects my judgment of that story🤦‍♂️ i could be reading the trashiest trash and give 5 🌟 or be reading masterpiece and give it 1 🌟 depending on my mood(but I don't write down the rates if I am not giving 5 star so it doesn't effect other people judgment)
Solution: don't read good stories when my head is in the wrong place💀

Favorites? Lord of the Mysteries, Reverend Insanity, and cultivation novels(80% are trash)—yes, it’s a genre, but I’d die for it.

I’m not picky. I read novels, webnovels, published books, manhwa, manhua, manga—you name it. I watch Hollywood, Bollywood, K-dramas, C-dramas, T-dramas, Thai dramas… If it's international and looks interesting? I’m watching it.

My one-sided beef?
People acting shocked that the story did exactly what it said it would.

A horror novel had horror? 👻
A tragedy ended tragically? 💔
The villain did villain things? 😈 Gasp!

You read the label, opened the story, and now you're mad it wasn’t filled with sunshine and unicorns? ☀️🦄 Be serious.

(Also, people who leave bad reviews after reading less than 10 chapters or before the plot even starts... why are you even there?)

Story red flags that make me stop reading instantly:

One’s hot, the other looks Temu-generated? Out.
Uke looks like a kid? I don’t care if he has small body—he better look grown.
Toxic? Then be toxic to everyone.i don't want you to function like a normal person, I can’t take you seriously if you’re out here committing war crimes by night and filing taxes by day.
Redemption arcs just for the sake of it? Straight to the bin.
Miscommunication? Speak. Use your words.
Poly where it’s just one person being shared? Not for me. I want mutual chaos, not “pass-the-lover.”
(And don’t even get me started on the double penetration scenes—you’re not lovers, but you’re out here rubbing souls, living together, eating together, breathing the same air like it’s a joint retirement plan? Be serious.)
Love triangles—I'll tolerate them only if I already know who wins. No second lead syndrome here. If I don’t like the couple? I’m out.
When the side couple is more interesting than the main? That’s a writing crime
When uke thing is the same size as my pinky, it feels like the author is humiliating him(give my man human sized D there is no reason to do this to him)
