I love well written BL manwha and novel. Toxic non toxic doesnt matter to me as long as the author knows what they're doing, even better if its written well. I love trashy BL trope as long as the author make it theirs, not some lazy copy paste structure without any character in the writing. The worst that could happen to interesting characters are lazy writers and we hate them for it.

And Im a Low Tide in Twilight and MXTX worshipper. These masterpieces is the best thing that happened to me in the last 10 years of my life.

Wholesome BL unequal great stories.
Toxic BL unequal bad stories.
Its all in the execution and how well the actual writing is.
There's some shit wholesome BL like Countdown to Love, there's some great wholesome BL like Semantic Error.
There's some great Toxic BL like Low tide in twilight, there's some shitty toxic BL like Blind Play.
See. Its not about how toxic or how wholesome the trope is but how great the author is at being a BL writer.
