I was born in a world-class multinational factory making chairs in India. I was beige brown, my back was made of velvet, and my legs were highly polished and shiny. There were many more like me and different from me. We had all the comforts and good looks ever possible. After a few weeks, we were packed with bubble wrap and then in a big box and taken to a big furniture mart in the shopping complex where people came and admired us. It cost 60 USD. Suddenly a woman started to stare at me. Then she took me home with her. She lived with her family. We were all very happy. After a few days, she invited a few of her colleagues for dinner who can and were so impressed to see me. The time kept on passing. After 2 years they had a baby girl. As the girl grew older she made me her favorite chair. She always sat on me for doing anything and everything. Then she started jumping on top of me. One day she hit my back and my springs tumbled out and fall. Her father took me to the repair shop. But the repair shop guy said that I can't be repaired. So the next day he threw me in the truck. The garbage collector took me to the dumping ground. I was dumped there. I lay there only. My owner did not come to look at me. These are my last words. I think this is the end of my life to rot here.
